Capall Dorcha Theatre Company are recruiting!

The Office Manager will focus on the operational and financial management of the organisation on a day-to-day basis, writing funding applications and working with the Chief Executive to secure funding and ensure sustainability beyond the initial funding.

As a young social enterprise in its third year of operation, Capall Dorcha is looking for an individual with the skills, drive and enthusiasm to help the organisation to build on our initial successful programmes, grow our work and become sustainable in the long term.

Capall Dorcha Theatre Company was formed in 2015 to create a base in North Ayrshire for the creation of theatre productions. This led to the development of ‘Ensemble’, our Educational Outreach project which aims to introduce local people to the joys and skills of theatre.

Terms & Conditions

Title of Post:  Office Manager

Salary: £10,447 p.a.

Hours:  2 days per week (15 hours)

Contract Type: Permanent, with an initial three-month probationary period.

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus 10 public holidays (pro rata)

Pension: 3% employers’ contribution

Notice Period: 1 month

Interviews: 23rd February (morning)
